Jesus is My Story

This was a church service hosted by Pastor Emmanuel Kongolo from the JTL Worship church. The church can be described as a very energetic church. The congregation is made of mostly of young people and students from CPUT.

Pastor Emmanuel Kongolo started a branch at the CPUT campus, introducing Christ to the students. He had to relocate to another building from CPUT to Bellville because of COVID-19 and subsequently planted the church in Bellville.

The congregation has many young members with nobody exceeding the age of about 40 years old. I loved ministering there and the congregation reciprocated the love with genuine excitement and enthusiasm. Chumani Ngojo and I enjoyed it very much and the opportunity to be able to minister to them was a great honour. They received us very well.

Pastor Emmanuel is a dear friend of mine and we have a great relationship. Ps Emmanuel refers to me as the “Fire Man”. What I love about this church is that they have adopted a special saying in the church. Whenever you greet someone, you say “I love you and I’m serious about it”. I truly believe that it is the true culture of JTL Worship church. It was a beautiful experience altogether.
